AI is excellent for exploring logo directions fast — you can see dozens of concepts before committing to a designer or a final mark. The secret is to describe the logo type (minimalist, mascot, emblem, lettermark) plus the industry and a simple color note, and to ask for a flat, vector-style result on a plain background.

You can use it as a concept, but recreate it as a clean vector (SVG) before deploying it on a site, signage or packaging. Also check trademark availability — AI may unknowingly produce something close to an existing mark.
Why does AI mess up the text in my logo?
Most image models render letters as shapes, not real text, so spelling breaks. Use Ideogram (which handles text far better), or generate just the icon and add your brand name in a design tool afterward.
How do I make the logo look professional?
Push for simplicity. Add 'minimalist, flat, vector, 2-color palette, lots of negative space'. Overly detailed AI logos look busy and don't scale down to a favicon or app icon.
